Is there a free trial?
Yes. Most plans include a free trial. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from your account at any time. Your subscription stays active until the end of your billing period.
Do prices include VAT? Why is Google Play higher?
Prices on this page are our standard list prices and may not include local tax. On the web app, Stripe shows your final total — including any applicable VAT or sales tax — before you confirm payment, and the same amount appears on your invoice. On Android (Google Play) and iOS (App Store), the platform bills you directly; they often show a pre-tax price and add VAT or local tax at purchase, so the checkout total can be higher than the price shown here. Tax depends on your country and is determined by the payment provider or store.
Do you support multiple spaces?
Yes. Higher tiers support multiple spaces (e.g. multiple households, locations or teams).
What happens if I downgrade?
You keep access until your billing period ends. If you exceed limits on the lower tier, you'll be asked to reduce usage or upgrade again.
How much do I save with annual billing?
Yearly saves 33% vs monthly — that's the equivalent of 4 months free. Half-yearly saves 15%.
What is Nudge AI and are there usage limits?
Nudge AI helps you create tasks from text or voice, get fairness insights, and set up spaces faster. Usage is included on every plan; Flex and Harmony include a generous monthly allowance, while Flow and Circle publish higher monthly request limits. Limits reset each calendar month and may change as we improve the service.
What is Team Mood Tracking?
After completing a task, members can share how they felt with a simple emoji reaction. Admins on Harmony and above can see aggregated mood trends across the space — helping spot burnout or imbalance before it becomes a problem. Individual responses are always private.
What are Events & Meetings?
Events let admins create space-wide or group meetings, briefings and milestones. Members get notified and mark them as seen — so admins always know who's in the loop. Available on Harmony and above.
