Community Outreach for B2B SaaS: Hospitality & Local Businesses

Marketing & CommunityRemotePart-time · Contract$200–400 / week, based on experience and output, with room to grow as results compound.

Nudge is a fair task-rotation app, on mobile and web, that ends two of the quietest drivers of staff turnover: the resentment of unfair shifts and the chaos of unclear responsibilities. We're looking for a part-time Community Outreach contractor to introduce Nudge to owners of hospitality and local businesses (cafés, restaurants, hotels, gyms, studios, retreats, and more) in the online communities and networking spaces where they already spend their time. This is hands-on, conversational work, not cold spam. You'll become a genuinely helpful, recognisable presence in the right communities, start real conversations about the staffing headaches owners face, and point the interested ones toward our free trial and a demo. It's a flexible, remote contract with room to grow as our outreach scales.

What you'll do

  • Build a helpful, credible presence in the communities where owners of hospitality and local businesses gather: Reddit (r/smallbusiness, r/restaurateur, plus hospitality and fitness subreddits), Facebook Groups, Discord servers, LinkedIn, and industry forums.
  • Start and sustain genuine conversations about the real staffing pain owners face (unfair shifts, no-shows, unclear responsibilities), and show how Nudge helps.
  • Share our free-trial and demo-booking links where they genuinely add value, and answer questions about how Nudge works.
  • Respect each community's rules and tone: lead with help, never spam, and protect Nudge's reputation.
  • Qualify interest and hand warm leads to the team with the context they need to follow up.
  • Capture the questions, objections, and language owners use, and feed it back to sharpen our messaging and product.

What we're looking for

  • Excellent written English and a warm, natural, non-salesy voice.
  • Genuine familiarity with online communities (Reddit, Facebook Groups, Discord) and the unwritten rules of each.
  • Self-directed and dependable: you plan your own week, hit your hours, and keep clean records without being chased.
  • Comfortable hearing 'no' and staying gracious and on-brand.
  • Reliable internet and some overlap with European working hours for weekly check-ins.

What we provide

  • Clear talking points and proof of Nudge's value: photo proof, shift logs, and staff fairness.
  • A curated list of target communities, plus messaging and tone guidelines.
  • Access to our business page and pricing so you can speak with authority.
  • A direct line to the team for quick questions, fast feedback, and lead hand-off.

What we'll expect

  • 15–20 hours per week, on a flexible schedule you manage.
  • Authentic, helpful engagement that respects each community, never spam.
  • Track your outreach activity, conversations, and responses.
  • A short weekly report on activity, learnings, and any interested leads.

Bonus points

  • Hands-on experience in hospitality, fitness, or another local business.
  • Community management, social media, or SaaS outreach experience.
  • An existing footprint in relevant communities or a personal network of owners.
  • Comfort with simple tracking tools like Notion, Airtable, or a CRM.

What we offer

  • Fully remote and flexible: work the hours that suit you.
  • A clear, supported playbook so you're never guessing.
  • Real room to grow as our outreach expands.
  • Performance-based pay that rewards results, not busywork.
