સામાન્ય
Nudge શું છે અને કેવી રીતે કામ કરે છે.
Nudge ઘર અને ટીમ માટે tasks વહેંચવાની એપ છે. તે કામને વધુ ન્યાયી રીતે વહેંચે છે અને ઘર્ષણ ઓછું કરે છે.
શેરડ સ્પેસ માટે: ઘરો, શેરડ એપાર્ટમેન્ટ, કેફે, ઓફિસ, co-living અને ટીમો.
ના. ટીમો અને નાની સંસ્થાઓ માટે પણ કામ કરે છે.
શરૂઆત
સ્પેસ બનાવો, લોકોને આમંત્રણ આપો, કામ ઉમેરો.
એપ ખોલો, સ્પેસ પ્રકાર પસંદ કરો, નામ આપો અને શરૂ કરો. પછી સભ્યોને આમંત્રણ આપો અને કામ ઉમેરો.
સ્પેસ સેટિંગ્સમાં invite વિકલ્પથી. લિંક/કોડથી જોડાઈ શકે છે.
One-time અથવા recurring કામ બનાવો. effort અને શરૂઆતનો assignee સેટ કરો; recurring કામ rotate થઈ શકે છે.

ફીચર્સ
Auto-rotation, fairness, analytics, export અને વધુ.
Recurring tasks માટે Nudge આપોઆપ સભ્યો વચ્ચે assignee બદલે છે. તમે પ્રથમ વ્યક્તિ પસંદ કરો; બીજી occurrence થી શરૂ કરીને બાકીના space (કે group, જો task group-scoped હોય) માં rotation ચાલે છે.
Weighted rotation availability પ્રમાણે recurring tasks વહેંચે છે. દરેક સભ્યનું weight હોય (default 1); weight 2 એટલે લગભગ બમણા assignments. સેટ કરો: Settings → Space → Rotation.
0–100 સૂચક જે બતાવે છે કે કામ કેટલી સમાન રીતે વહેંચાયું છે.
કામને વજન આપે છે કારણ કે દરેક કામ સમાન નથી. આથી ન્યાય વધુ સાચો બને છે.

Push notifications પાંચ વસ્તુઓ માટે.
- Task assigned — જ્યારે task તમારી તરફ rotate થાય, તમારી સાથે swap થાય, કે group task માં તમે જોડાવ
- Task reminder — તમારી પસંદ કરેલી સમયે રોજનો digest (Settings → Notifications)
- Comment — જ્યારે કોઈ teammate તમારી task પર comment કરે
- Comment reaction — તમારી comment પર કોઈએ react કર્યું
- Event mark-as-seen — Harmony+ event જે તમારે acknowledge કરવાનું છે
Email માત્ર account-level events માટે: invites, welcome, password reset, trial ending, payment fail, account/space deletion. બંને channels દરેક category માટે tune થઈ શકે — Settings → Notifications.
Quiet hours (Harmony plan અને ઉપર) તમારી પસંદ કરેલી window માં બધી non-urgent push notifications silent કરે છે — સામાન્ય રીતે રાત્રે. Notification app માં તો આવે છે, પણ device ring/vibrate નહીં થાય. Urgent (દા.ત. payment fail) excluded છે. Settings → Notifications → Quiet hours.
Off-duty hours (Harmony plan અને ઉપર) rotation engine ને કહે છે ક્યારે તમને task assign ન કરવી. Quiet hours થી અલગ — quiet hours alerts mute કરે, off-duty hours assignment જ નહીં થવા દે. રાત્રિ shift હોય, કે Sunday sacred હોય ત્યારે ઉપયોગી. Settings → Notifications → Off-duty hours.
Email માત્ર account events માટે: signup confirmation, password reset, trial ending, payment fail, તમારી મોકલેલી invites, account/space deletion reminders. Day-to-day task activity (assignments, reminders, comments) માત્ર push થી જાય છે — inbox ભરવી નથી. Transactional emails બંધ ન કરી શકાય કારણ કે security alerts ગુમાવો; marketing emails (જો હોય) માં હંમેશા opt-out હોય.
Contributions, trends, discrepancies અને fairness over time (પ્લાન પર નિર્ભર).
Mobile app માં હા — તમે tasks ઉમેરી શકો, progress mark કરી શકો, અને online થતાં જ app sync થઈ જાય છે. Web app online-only છે: PWA તરીકે install થાય છે જેથી shell ઝડપથી ખુલે, પણ દરેક action માટે network જરૂરી છે.
હા. CSV અને PDF reports પ્લાન/પ્લેટફોર્મ મુજબ ઉપલબ્ધ હોઈ શકે છે.

ટ્રબલશૂટિંગ
સામાન્ય સમસ્યાઓ અને ઝડપી ઉપાય.
Internet/login ચકાસો અને એપ ફરી ખોલો. સમસ્યા રહે તો સપોર્ટને વિગતો સાથે સંપર્ક કરો.
OS permissions, એપ સેટિંગ્સ અને quiet hours ચકાસો. Android battery optimization અવરોધી શકે.
Link/code ચકાસો. પહેલેથી સભ્ય હોય તો active space બદલો. Admin ને નવી invite માટે કહો.
વૉઇસ ડિક્ટેશન માટે માઇક્રોફોન જરૂરી છે.
