Delete your account

You can request deletion of your Nudge account and the personal data associated with it at any time.

How to request account deletion

1. Send an email to privacy@nudgeworks.app.
2. Include the email address you use to sign in to Nudge, and clearly state that you want your account deleted.

What we delete

We will delete (or anonymize where appropriate) personal data tied to your account, such as your account record, membership information, and app-related identifiers used to deliver notifications.

Request deletion of specific data (without deleting your account)

If you want to delete certain data while keeping your account, email privacy@nudgeworks.app and specify what you want removed (for example: photo proof attachments, notification identifiers, or connected integrations).

Timeline

We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days. Some information may need to be retained for legal or accounting obligations (for example, subscription and tax records), but we’ll minimize what is retained.
