Subscription Terms

Everything you need to know about Nudge plans, billing, and your rights.

These Subscription Terms govern your purchase and use of a paid subscription to Nudge ("we", "us", "our"). By subscribing you agree to these terms.

1. Plans and what's included

Nudge is available on four subscription tiers:

  • Flex — up to 5 members, 10 recurring tasks, 1 space. Includes auto-rotation, skip & swap, basic analytics, and limited task templates.
  • Harmony — up to 10 members, unlimited recurring tasks, 1 space. Adds photo proof, streaks & badges, quiet hours, and all task templates. Includes everything in Flex.
  • Flow — unlimited members, unlimited tasks, 2 spaces, 500 MB photo storage, 10 CSV exports/month, 12-month analytics history. Adds weighted rotations, advanced analytics, CSV export, and historical tracking. Includes everything in Harmony.
  • Circle — unlimited members, unlimited tasks, 5 spaces, 1 GB photo storage, 50 CSV exports/month, 24-month analytics history. Adds multi-space management, role templates, org-level analytics, and priority support. Includes everything in Flow. (Coming soon.)

Feature availability may change over time. We will notify active subscribers of material reductions to included features with at least 30 days' notice.

2. Free trial

New subscribers on Flex and Harmony receive a free trial period (14 days for Flex, 7 days for Harmony and Flow). No payment is charged during the trial. Your subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it expires.

3. Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance — monthly or annually — via Stripe. By starting a paid subscription you authorise us to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period until you cancel. Prices are shown in EUR inclusive of any applicable VAT.

Annual plans are charged as a single upfront payment covering 12 months. You receive a discount compared to the equivalent monthly total.

4. Upgrades and downgrades

You may change your plan at any time from the subscription settings in the app. Upgrades take effect immediately; you are charged a pro-rated amount for the remainder of the current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the next billing date — no partial refund is issued for the current period.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from the billing settings in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to paid features until that date. We do not charge cancellation fees.

On cancellation your space is downgraded to the Flex free tier. Data is retained for 90 days after cancellation, after which it may be deleted.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy. In summary: subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, with exceptions for accidental duplicate charges, annual plans within 14 days of the initial charge, and service unavailability caused by us.

7. Acceptable use

Your subscription is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions that violate these policies without refund.

8. Account suspension by us

We may suspend or terminate your subscription if you violate these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or if your payment fails after reasonable retry attempts. Where suspension is due to non-payment, access is restored immediately upon successful payment.

9. Price changes

We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice before the change takes effect. Notice will be sent to the email address on your account. If you do not cancel before the new price takes effect, you are deemed to have accepted the change.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
